Emma Meehan Emma Meehan has spent the majority of her life in the salon and spa industry. She was licensed at the age of 17 in the state of Pennsylvania and since then has owned and managed salons in the Philadelphia and Houston areas. Emma is also a certified instructor of cosmetology in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Missouri, and Texas. Emma believes that continuing education and customer satisfaction are keys to the success of a modern salon and day spa.
